"August" Booster Meeting
This year's August meeting is the last day of July!
Please remember that the July 31st mandatory Booster meeting will be held at the Nazarene Church across from the high school. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m., but you should come between 6:30 and 7:30 to turn in forms, pay fees, and sign up for opportunities to help the band.
Please print out, complete, and bring your student medical form, instrument maintenance form (if your student uses a school-owned instrument), and your booster membership application. Remember that 1 membership application may be turned in for 2 people, but we need both to sign it. Also, for returning members, Booster membership applications must be completed and the fee paid every year (membership is only good for one school year).
The Pay-to-Participate form is also to be filled out and completed that night. If you would like to print it ahead of time and have it ready, it is here.
If you have already turned in any of the above forms for the 2017-2018 school year, thank you (and you don't need to do it again).
There will be notaries at the meeting for medical forms and instrument maintenance forms.
